Hi, my name is Jay. Not my real name because if anyone i know finds this i'd rather they not trace it back to me and if youre someone who knows me and are reading this please leave it will not benefit you. But jay is a name and its good to have a name. I want to put more about myself here when i have the courage, for some reason its always been so much scarier sharing things about myself then it ever has been sharing my experiences and pain. but a name is a start
